Thaagam Theerpom

Thaagam Theerpom is an initiative to quench the thirst of Coimbatore by Radio City and Shyam Sundar Lorry Water Supply(now called The Waterman).

The people from the middle class and upper classes can buy water cans or RO water for their usage. But there are still people in the lower economy who can’t afford to purchase water for their daily needs. This is the reason we mainly cater to those areas in the city.

Radio City 91.1 promoted the event and we provided around 1000 liters of water per day free of cost. We undertook a lorry water supply to help the people of Coimbatore to cope up with the water crisis during the summer season.

This initiative has happened during 2017, 2018, and 2019, so far.
